The Prophet PBUH asked “Tell me, if there was a river at one of your doors, and you were to bath therein five times daily, would any dirt remain on him?” the companion replied, “no dirt would remain on him”. the prophet PBUH said “that is like the (daily) five prayers. Allah wipes away sins through them.” (Sahih Bukhari).
In this hadith, the prophet asked a question to capture their attention and develop in them a sense of desire to seek for answers.
Teaching practically
The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) led an exemplary life that acted as a guide for His PBUH companions. Indeed the life of Prophet PBUH is a guide for whole ummah. In Quran, Allah says:
“There is certainly a good exemplar for you in the Apostle of Allah.” (33:21)
Exceptional communication skills
The Prophet PBUH had excellent speaking skills. His speaking style was distinct, clear and in a way that everyone could understand. Aisha RA narrated that:
“He PBUH spoke in such a way that if one were to count his words, they could be counted.”
When it was necessary, he would repeat the important sentences three times during his speech.
Subject matter command
The Prophet PBUH used to speak confidently. The main reason for this was His subject matter grip. He PBUH had full control over his words.
